1. PIH Profile
   • LFT, RFT, Urine P/C - Biochemistry form _{(Don't forget to send urine sample to Biochemistry lab)}
   • BRE, Platelet, Peripheral smear - Chit paper to CLIP lab _{[PS is needed only if you are doing it for the first time, for repeat profile no need of PS. CLIP lab will be open only on day, so in case of Emergency (Night) you can send it to ACR lab]}
   • PT/INR, APTT, LDH, URE - send in JSSK form
